We specialise in producing small batch editions of our unique gins, rum and vodka in an environmentally sustainable way.
Our Copperfield gins are developed from what is believed to be the oldest published gin recipe from 1757.
Sanditon is a premium matured golden rum created by blending two carefully selected Caribbean rums, a 3 year old from Barbados and a 2 year old from the Dominican Republic.
Mad Hatter Vodka is four times distilled using the best grain spirit and copper stills to create an exceptionally smooth vodka.

Our Still
Our gin still is called Clara and she is very special. She is a 300 litre Mini Carterhead still and was designed specifically for our distillery by one of the world’s leading craft distillery manufacturers, Green Engineering of Italy.
