Tasting Notes
Sanditon Cask Aged Rum is sweet on the nose with hints of fruit and dark chocolate. It is full bodied with warming notes of vanilla and oak. The rum has a long finish with hints of cherry and cloves.
Recommended Serves
Palmetto
60ml Port Aged Rum
25ml Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Angosturra bitters
1 dash Orange bitters
Stir all ingredients with plenty of ice for 25 seconds. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry (and a spoonful of cherry syrup)
